This is an oil-based formula is packed with pigment,super moisturizing, yet it also delivers great color. Easy application makes this a great product. The texture of the lip colors is so silky and smooth and stayed on nicely without smudging or bleeding with wear they are super creamy and definitely made my lips feel soft! The color isn’t too long-lasting, maybe only a couple of hours.
