Inspired by beach living Liza Jane Apparel takes amazing hand picked fabric, using often organic cottons, bamboo rayon blends, or up-cycled vintage material to make beautiful one of a kind lounge and beachwear designs. Bikini Ready!

Summer is around the corner, and it is time to bust a sweat and get ready for swim suit season.
That does not mean in any way shape or form killing your self. One should love their body regardless, tall, short, curvy, flat, everyone is beautiful in their own way!

Bikini Ready is a company I found a little while ago and was able to try out their products, and I must say for my body, there products were great! When I say "my body" I mean I did not have any side effects...etc.

Now let me start by saying these products I mention are to help kick start and help with being healthy and possibly weight loss. So its not something I was thinking...oh let me take these and see results in a week! Nothing does that other than eating clean and exercise...but these products do help! They even say it in their slogan, "its more than a line of weightless products its a lifestyle." Anastasia Ashley pro surfer is one of the many people who love Bikini Ready Products!

Bikini Ready has multiple products to help kick start a great diet!
The first product is my favorite product of theirs I must say was their
Yummy Protein Shake, unlike other protein shakes, this was not heavy and it tasted great!
Plus I found myself to be full for a little while! Which was great it was my pick me up snack that I did not feel guilty about! (Note- Great when used with almond milk and ice)

What it claims to do is starve off hunger, and I must say it did just that! They have two flavors Chocolate and Vanilla. I'm usually a girl who goes for Chocolate everything first, but surprisingly I loved the Vanilla more! It was like a shake I looked forward to drinking!
It has 3 grams of sugar and only 3 grams of fat, it is also loaded with vitamins!

Second Product is the Fashion Multi Vitamin
This product is said to be " ...a unique scientifically advanced combination of vitamins, minerals and carb blocking* White Kidney Bean Extract that works to restrict* the absorption of carb loaded foods like pasta, bread and potatoes to help you lose weight. Like I said above I think all the products are great I just think personally when it comes to pills I have a hard time taking them, these were large and smelled. These products are still not FDA approved so that is something else to look at. Other than all that I did not have any problems with this product, but of course like any product you do not see results right after a 1 month supply you have to stay constant! 

The next product is the Bikini Ready Cleanse Cleanse-

So many people always ask, how "celebs" have short hair one day and long hair the next...and well it is no secret that they use extensions. Now from sewed in extensions to glued in extensions...I have done my research and well If your looking for a fast fix to add volume or length and the least damage...well then clip in extensions are the best way to go!

I was able to find and try the best extensions I have ever tried, and this is my total honest opinion. Omi the owner of Glamorous Lady Locks was so sweet and so knowledgeable about hair extensions that she made me feel at ease.

Main things to look at when ordering hair:

1) Color
2) Length
3) Grams of hair
4) Synthetic/ Human Hair
5) Tape/ Clip in


1) Color- Why does that matter...well you do not want to walk around with blonde hair and then have your extensions be platinum blonde!

2) Length- This is basic from 18 inches, 20 inches, 22 inches, 24 inches, and 26 inches
How long do you want to go?

3) Grams of hair- This is important for girls who want thicker hair, or girls with thick hair. Women who have thick hair and get this extensions, have a problem with blending in their hair with extensions.

4) Synthetic hair- for people who want a cheaper alternative, but these do not last as long. Human hair- Last longer, as if it is your own hair, can style with heated products, can curl, wave, straighten.

5) Tape/ Clip in- (It is really preference!)

So now that the basics have been said and done, and a big thing for girls is cost...most extensions can can cost an arm and a leg and I would recommend going with human hair route if you want your hair to last for a longer time, and the fact you are able to style.

After much researching for the best place with the best price! I found a holy grail of hair extensions store, with the sweetest lady who hand makes all pieces! Not only that but her prices are unbeatable.

She is quick to answer your questions, and not only that but makes great quality extensions. She has everything from tape extensions, to heat resistant Synthetic hair which is actually pretty great (even though I have never tried them, and I usually do not like anything with the word synthetic in them, but these sound interesting.

My review is on her 20 inches, 200 grams dark brown hair clip in extensions.
First she was the sweetest, I cant say that enough! She was quick to answer my questions, and was super helpful! By telling her what I liked and wanted she was able to take what I put into words and make the most amazing set of hair extensions! I not only recommend buying from her, because of her great prices and her great quality hair I recommend purchasing from her because you see so many girls these days buying brands that are made in factories that have been recommend buy bloggers and as soon as they get them you are getting major hair shedding from the hair extensions and disappointment, while you can pay less and get thick luxurious hair and no disappointment!

1 set, 7 wefts, Darkest Brown, 24 inch,200 grams, double weft=$281.00 


Now note** double weft sets cost more because they have more hair added which will give you more volume and thickness, these are great for girls with thick hair or just want to have more hair.

How to order a customized set:
First choose tape in or clip in. She will send you a color wheel to choose the color, weight, length, then  she will send you the price of the customized order, and if you are happy with it, she will go ahead and customize the hair for you. Customized orders usually take 1-2 weeks to process and ship out. She also will send you tracking!

When it comes to accessories, you can do no wrong! When it comes to just a shirt and tee I love to wear simple necklaces that still are fun and unique.

So when I discovered a company who makes state necklaces I completely fell in love!
Southern Charm a shop on etsy, that is definitely a great shop to check out! The owners are two twins from Georgia who are super sweet, and I must say quick with getting out their products. So if you need to get a birthday gift, anniversary, etc. check them out! They make the cutest items, and if you have any questions they answer really quick!

So you pick the City /State that you want the necklace to be and the type of chain, and length, as and if you want to go a little extra...you can pick a birthstone! The best part is its super affordable, and super cute! for only $16 dollars!
