Now who says they do not love Yves Saint Laurant? I mean I can understand if someone says they do not love their prices cause well the truth is I do not love their high prices either! As a girl who loves everything from drugstore to high end YSL always makes the most amazing high quality products!
Their summer collection is absolutely amazing! They are having fun when it comes to their colors and textures in this summer collection. They are coming out with 4 different "tri-phase" polishes that miz color. shimmer and shine. It literally transforms your regular nail polish shade to a beautiful iridescent candy coated color. Yves Saint Laurent La Laque Couture Tie & Dye Top Coats they will go for ($25 USD / $27 CAD). Yes ouch that much for a nail polish? But you get what you pay for...and can I add how elegant their packaging is? These will be available to purchase at YSL counters MAY 2013.
As you can see in the picture above there are three layers to each color! Like a Popsicle! So as you can see the very top layer is a clear top layer, a sheer color in the middle, and an iridescent bottom layer! (ugh loving all the colors) You can play around with these all you want! It is not your typical sparkle it is noticeable but in a settled way.
The four shades are:
- Nº 1 Cool Coat: Soft, baby pink
- Nº 2 Pop Coat: Hot pink
- Nº 3 Hip Coat: Purple grape
- Nº 4 Ice Coat: Striking blue
GORG! RIGHT? as you can see the all the nails are painted with YSL nail polish except for the ring finger. The more you apply the more shimmer you are going to get.
